Custom Steps


1. Get a quote
• Click the “Get a Free Quote” link to the right to submit your quote request
• There is a 300 pc MINIMUM per custom emblem
• Quantity price breaks are provided at 500 / 1,000 / 2,500 / 5,000 pieces

2. Sign a Sales Order
• Once you are ready to proceed we will email you a Sales Order that you will need to sign and fax back (or scan and email back) to get the process started
• The Sales Order will contain billing/shipping info, product specs, quantity, pricing, estimated lead time, and etc.

3. Submit artwork
• If possible, please submit the logo in a VECTOR-based format saved as an AI / EPS / or PDF file (the graphics person who created the logo should have this format)
• If you do not have art in a vector format we can recreate the logo for you at a rate of $40 per logo

4. Sign off on official art proof
• An official art proof will be created and emailed for you to sign off on
• Any corrections to the layout or logo will be made at this time

5. 40% prepayment due prior to the start of production
• After the art proof is approved, a 40% prepayment is due to get the production started

6. Production begins
• Standard production time for a custom emblem is 7-8 weeks

7. Remaining 60% of invoice is due prior to the emblems shipping
