Elektroplate Return Policy
We want you to love your NEW Elektroplate automotive accessories! However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may exchange or return it for a full refund no later than 30 days after purchase.
If the return is due to an error on our part (i.e.- you received the wrong item, or an item is damaged or defective), we will reimburse the standard shipping charges in full.
Should an Elektroplate item be returned for any other reason, you will receive a refund for the sale price only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once your item is received it’ll be inspected upon arrival. Once inspected & accepted, we’ll issue a refund to your account within 3 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once complete. Please allow 2 – 10 business days for the credit to reflect on your account once processed
** Please note that some sale items marked greater than 50% off are final sale items and cannot be returned.
